Our insurance was canceled and we were not informed and our mortgage company purchased VERY expensive insurance for us unbeknownst to us. Had your office informed us that we were uninsured we would have used you to get insurance. Instead we are now looking elsewhere. You have lost a loyal costumer since 2014. Very disappointed 😔 in this company.
