Timothy Carter: Allstate Insurance

My mother had to work with them to settle a claim and their response times are slow and you have to contact them several times to get any answers. I don't sign up with the corporation, we had her sign up with his agency because we trusted him and his staff to handle business if we ever needed them. I don't see 5 star service from the way my mother was treated. We will be canceling when we find a better agency.

Mr. Carter is my new agent since Kathy Clark’s retirement. I, for the first time submitted a claim. The results of the claim was mailed to me and I had many questions. I visited Mr. Carter’s office asking for a breakdown of the results. He was so kind and patient. He explained everything to me and answered my questions. He and his staff were very kind with smiles on their faces. I’ve since contacted him for a few more questions and again he was very helpful. Would I recommend him to friends and neighbors? Yes definitely. Thank you

I've had AllState from this agency since 2012, and my experience has been more than wonderful. For all incidents I have had, mainly the house fire where I had the renter's insurance from them, and even all minor car accidents/incidents that have happened, his staff and AllState in general have been super pleasure to work with. Great team and great service!
