Chastity at State Farm has been fantastic to work with. We have multiple policies with her (auto, home, etc.), and she always makes the process smooth and stress-free. She brings a genuine personal touch to her customer service that makes you feel valued, like walking into a small town hardware store where they know your name, not a big impersonal place. December 24, 2025 This is a review of State Farm Agent Frank Bliss. He came highly recommended to me, so I gave him a try. He did not disappoint. He listened to my needs and offered me options and recommendations that were best suited for me. We went over my policy. We discussed options that I may benefit from and identified options that I may not need. He also looked for applicable discounts. Essentially, he fine-tuned my policy. I want to share my experience with Amber Williams, a customer service representative in Frank Bliss' office. Amber has been so excellent to work with as someone just starting out with my first car insurance policy. She helped me move from my parents' insurance to my own, making a complicated process easy. She provided great guidance and assistance in understanding my first statements. When I asked about the premiums, Amber followed through and found an opportunity to lower my rates. I got lucky when I went looking for car insurance, and later house insurance. Frank is very thorough, and kind. He keeps his clients up to date on their houses, and explains car insurance. His employees are also very easy to understand and work with. It's so nice to have an easily conversation about complicated issues. They also make sure that bills are paid in time, but fortunately, for me, it's all online.
