I came in to get my car registration renewed for the first time after switching memberships. There were complications with my membership card but Melvin was super helpful. He helped me order a new card and gave me a temp after I wasn't able to find mine, and he helped me register my car quickly. I was in and out in 30 min. Excellent service!

Fast efficient DMV service. Less than 5 minute wait. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Melvin and Yasuha were professional and friendly. Got my DMV car record updated and also signed up for AAA credit card in a breeze. Free parking in dedicated lot in front of the building was also convenient. Our whole family have been coming to this branch for several decades and I am glad they have held up the high standards throughout the years.

This location and staff is amazing. They all deserve a raise. I came in for a IDP for my trip and I got helped immediately. They were so kind and accommodating. Beyond grateful service like this still exists. I was in and out less then 10 mins.

Starting yelling at me. The instructions they gave me did not work. Apparently, the QR code does not work with Chrome. Their directions do not say that. Accused me of going on and on and that is why she is talking over me. When I pay a member fee and have insurance I expect AAA to look out for me. They do not. Almost everyone here is rude. More importantly, they do not inform members of problems. Got insurance and no one said the registration on your car is suspended. Call AAA southern Cal. I did. A nightmare with their phone systems referring all over the country. Hours on the phone only to be told oh you had insurance but you went out of the country and were trying to save money so we reported you didn’t! And that’s illegal. I just discovered this gem! Registered a new vehicle in quick order with helpful and friendly staff and no waiting! I also got passport photos done for both kids again with great friendly help from staff with zero waiting to get seen. Makes the membership even more powerful. Thanks
