Not an honest or reputable company. Attempted to more than double my rates when it was proven the other driver, who to his credit admitted he was at fault, T-boned the vehicle I was driving in the proper lane, with right of way, and below the speed limit.

Raised our auto insurance by almost 100% over some totally BS reason about Kias, but did not apply to our new Kia, then refused to address the issue, blaming corporate policy. Dropped Allstate like a rock two days later and purchased the exact same insurance from another major company for 50% less. Allstate is truly disgusting.

One of the better experiences in auto insurance. They actually help solve the issue and saved us money to boot.

Yes, I needed home insurance. Not only was it less than I expected, since they steered me away from stuff I didn’t need, they also offered me car insurance as part of the bundle—also less than I expected. Highly recommend!
