As a long time 30 yr. good driver with my Geico ins. company, I thought that I could depend on them to help me get a discounted insurance rate since we are now retired and are living on a fixed income. But it was not offered so, I found myself searching for a new Insurance company to fit our current situation as retured seniors. Latoyja Edmonds at State Farm was so pleasant to deal with , she should get a gold star for excellent customer service (which you don't find much of in this day and age). She made my transition to them so easy. Thank you State Farm for taking the stress out of my transition. Thank you Latoyja for being so kind and patient. Keep up the Good work Ruby D.

I had Bobbi-Jean assist me with purchasing car insurance for a new vehicle and transitioning two other vehicles. She was very straightforward, eloquent, and streamlined the entire process, while simultaneously being kind and authentic. I very much appreciate her help, and am glad she is the agent assigned to our policy!

Larissa was amazing , her patience and attention to detail should not go unnoticed. Even during the first interaction her confidence in tone was very comforting giving me that mom and pop feel of care you use to get from insurance carriers - My previous carriers monthly rate was out of this word and Larissa was able to not only beat my current auto rate by cutting it in half but she also was able to have that bundled with renters insurance for an impeccable price.

Our Insurance Agent retired after being with him for 28 years. I knew his phone number and location by heart! I initially called the number and spoke with the agent there, thinking that’s where we would be, but State Farm just assigned us to someone else, somewhere else we never do business. I just wanted to continue my business with the same office I’ve always been with. We needed immediate help, so I called the agent we were assigned to, (that part is infuriating because State Farm, not the agent) didn’t consider their customers needs or wants with their actions, however, in this particular situation, I did end up speaking with LaToyja and found her to be an absolute doll! Her customer service is top notch and is what will keep us with their location. Thank you, LaToyja!
