Kelly Chapman is an amazing agent. She Is very knowledgeable, and helpful. She always answered any question that I had, and made sure that I understood. I tried to leave a second review, but I want to add that Geneva is also very nice and helpful and has the sweetest personality

I've been with this particular State farm office for several years now. I gave it a 5 star because of ONE PERSON ...KELLY CHAPMAN. Kelly is the epitome of great empathetic genuine customer service. In fact if it weren't for Kelly, I would have left already. I've never submitted a claim in all the years I've been with state farm. So basically I've just been paying my house and vehicles insurance year after year. I've never received so much as a writing pen from Tim McCauley. I've spoken with him once on the phone. We had a pleasant conversation. But I just think it means a lot to customers to know that the company they're insured with really cares about them. A writing pen means nothing to me, it's just the gesture and principle of it. Prayerfully I will never have to put any claims in. But

I’ve used this particular State Farm agency since I got my first apartment after university and even since I’ve had my first car! I can’t say that I’ve ever had any major issues with them. Even during times where I’ve struggled financially or came across some obstacles, I’ve always gotten the best advice and assistance from this team. They’re always so helpful and Ms. Danielle is my absolute favorite agent. She’s always so patient, kind, personable, and very diligent/attentive when it comes to her work. In regard to pricing, I think as a former college kid just starting out in this economy…it’s great! I never feel as though I’m paying more for the services that I receive here compared to other companies. I highly recommend. :)

Ms. Danielle Stewart is AMAZING!!! With my husband and I on opposite shifts, she has been patient with our hectic schedules and making sure we get all the needed information. Some insurance companies hassle people to purchase different products and push them into situations that they aren’t too familiar with but she did not and I really appreciate that. Ms. Stewart took her time and explained everything to us. She has been very helpful with getting us the correct information for my family and I and I’m forever grateful for her. Mr. Tim you have an amazing team! You guys keep up the good work!
