If I could give no stars I would. We found out earlier that our insurance was going to be canceled and they said we will look for a different company. We were trying to get our roof replaced from the hurricane damage and when the roofing people would call they would never return phone calls. We also called during this time frame as well. Left voicemails to get no responses. I simple no would have been better than ghosting us. Well the letter came about the insurance being canceled (sent 45 days before renewal). Here we are on the date that the current insurance is void and they decide to call and play like they are now willing to help.
