Like a good neighbor state farm Is there. I actually get to talk to jake from state farm. They are very professional they take care of all my needs at a decent price. I have been with State Farm for many years. And I really haven't found a reason why to change.

I spoke with Jake to get a quote to switch my insurance in October 2025. I liked the quote and approved the quote and asked what date I needed to give my insurance company as my end date with them. The date he gave me is the one I gave my previous company. Imagine my surprise when I get a letter from the DMV that I have a lapse in insurance and my tags will be revoked as of 12/11/25. I immediately called the next day to find out what was going on. I was given the run around from the beginning. Needless to say my tags are now revoked because of Hayes McDowell State Farm. I will be switching companies as soon as they get my tag situation straightened out. I wish I had never heard of them or Jake from State Farm. Jake has not reached out to me once to apologize for HIS mistake. TERRIBLE COMA
