Tim Larkin: Allstate Insurance

Prompt and polite assistance in all of my car insurance needs. Can’t beat Tim larkin’s office!

Been a client over 20 yrs and started with Tim Ballenger. Great staff and very helpful. Even when I can get lower rates elsewhere I stayed because of how Mr. Ballenger and his staff were helpful and friendly. The ONLY one person still holding this torch is Maria Nava. She was very helpful and attentive and does what she says. Ask for her if you go to this location. Now the Cons.... prices getting high, Lizbeth has no customer service (lack of patience and when my wife asked a question her reply was "I already talked to your husband", very rude and unprofessional.) When a client asks questions, the service person should happily repeat. Then I asked to have a meeting with Tim Larkin and was denied. Excuse he lives too far and works from home. Ever since the passing of Tim Ballinger there has been a huge lack in customer service. There used to be a family feeling going in and I haven’t experienced that since. I’ve been a customer since the start of my driving career and have experienced the decline in services and familiarity since Tim Larkin took over. Lizbeth tries her best but in the end does not go above and beyond like the other staff before her. I feel like I’m paying for the bare minimum when I used to feel justified paying for above and beyond familial services.

Easy to sign on and Allstate delivers as promised. Allstate came through for me when i needed them most after an accident on the freeway.

All the staff for Mr.Tim Larkin / Allstate insurance have always treated me good and kind for any concern.
