I so happy I switched from a former Allstate agent to Jeannie Sims. She was able to help my sister and I with an issue we had with our homeowner's policy . She went above and beyond to find a solution . She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all returns phone calls in a timely manner. Insurance, Either car insurance or home, seems to be easy, but it is complicated with so many dynamic factors to consider. With so much competition, choosing the right one makes it more complicating.
