Thurston and Heare Insurance has been fantastic. I was looking for better auto and renters insurance, and they delivered—better coverage and a lower rate than my last company! Rob, Andrew, and Breanne are professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I asked my neighbors for recommendations, and several suggested Erie Insurance through Thurston & Heare. They were right! Working with Andrew Heare has been a great experience. He made the process simple, explained everything clearly, and even came by my home to ensure my coverage was appropriate — something my previous agent never did. Erie has an excellent reputation, their premiums are very competitive, and I love that they lock in pricing for three years. Andrew is personable, responsive, and truly puts his clients first. Plus, the office is just five minutes from my home. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great agent and insurance provider.

Very disappointed by this company , it is going down. We have been a customer for over fifteen years. It was wonderful in the beginning But twice.Now , we have been charged , almost triple , and not told about the changes. I called to add a vehicle and the girl was so rude with me, said she would call me back and did not.I had to call After waiting for her call at the DMV 1 hour, she didn't give me the rate I asked her for it.She told me it was going to be $43 a month and then I was charged over $70. The excuse was, I was at the end of my policy.But none of this was explained to me. I called the manager and she didn't even apologize. Horrible company run far away.
