This is the best agency when it comes to collecting your annual premiums. However, buyer beware if you should actually need some service. Thank God I’ve never had to process a claim. I could only imagine what type of nightmare that would be. They can’t get simple stuff like a certificate of insurance,or mailing a refund check to the right address correct. Follow up is horrible and Matthew will flat out lie to you! Proceed with caution!!!
