Rates are competitive. Usually get reply when reaching out. Had a bit of a hiccup when changing out mobile homes as our old one was appraised before the new one was put in and that was a cause for concern, but it all worked out in the end and I would indeed recommend this insurance agency. They are insuring our home, outdoor workshop and our two vehicles, and we hope to keep them.
