I have been using this State Farm agent for years. My latest visit was to work on my insurance for all of my cars they insure. Demi did a fantastic job listening to my ideas and needs. Demi then made a few suggestions that we tried and I liked. She was a tremendous help as she always is. Angie also is very helpful but was tied up with a customer on the phone helping them when I walked in without an appointment. It is great having such a good State Farm team local to us!

We have been with State Farm since 1979 in Florida, North Carolina and now Georgia. I noticed recently that one of the criteria used to determine our rate was incorrect. When we discussed it with our agents at Bill Martin not only was it corrected immediately but a partial refund was provided to us as well. That was the first and only blip we have had in 34 years of doing business with them. I enjoy working with the staff. They are knowledgeable, familiar with our home and auto coverage, and just overall great people to deal with. Thanks for continuing the great reputation State Farm has always, in my mind, had for those many years.
