I have been with Allstate for 24+ years. With Tom W. as my local agent for 5 or so years. Always had good interactions with him and his staff. The previous agent as well, Tom F. (who retired) since '96 out of that office. The rates offered are fair and reasonable from what I have seen and researched from other people and sources. My house, auto's, and snowmobiles are all insured there. Don't see any reason to change. Jeff and Kimberly S.

Not very happy at all! I was in an accident. I called numerous times explaining to them that I wasn’t an accident. I’ve been waiting for over four days and nobody has returned my phone call. I’ve called nonstop and nobody picks up the phone. I am not very happy at all with their service. Absolutely horrible would not recommend at all.

Changes in my auto insurance (ie., additional drivers covered by policy) were expedited by my agent. I've been an Allstate policy holder x37 yrs & very happy!

The people there are fantastic. They are responsive to your needs in a timely, professional manner. I highly recommend them.
