Brian Ross and his staff at The Insurance Shop in Liverpool,NY, are very friendly, courteous and professional. We used to be clients but moved out of state and unfortunately for us are unable to maintain our relationship. Our daughter still lives in CNY and she needed car insurance, Brian and staff did an excellent job helping her out, which we greatly appreciated!
