The folks at Renee Neff State Farm in Clay, NY are lovely individuals who actually care for the folks they work with to insure. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are very pleasant and their interactions feel genuine. Today I interacted with Tom Paronett, who was very helpful in answering our questions, and he was very personable and honest for the duration of our meeting. Renee as always was good to see as well. Ericka (sorry if i misspelled your name) was also very kind at the reception desk, and she went out of her way to get us in to speak to someone as we were leaving to come back at two.
