Have a renters policy with Allstate at this location and couldn’t be happier, Derrick, the one agent there especially worked extremely hard to make sure we got all the information we needed in a timely fashion and even got on a three way call to make sure my needs were met. I know it’s a small office, but I highly recommend.

Tom and his entire team are always pleasant and quick to respond to my questions. I have been with them for over 20 years. I love the big safe driver discounts! When I called to report my son's accident(not his fault) The first thing they asked was if he was ok.

Do not get your insurance here, they do not appreciate long term customers. They will raise rates without you ever having an issue. The staff is rude when you call to get an explanation about any details in the change to your policy. Avoid the headache find a better place.

We switched to Allstate about 4 years ago. It was the best move we ever made. Mr. Hershberger & his employees are kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Our rates have never gone up and we especially like the perks of the vanishing deductible and receiving cashback for every policy period we are accident free.

They are very nice. Been with them for almost 10 years now. They make everything easy and understandable. Always explain everything to us.
