I was purchasing a new vehicle, and needed to update my insurance. Elijah Lowe took care of my needs perfectly. But here’s the reason for my 5 star review. Since it was very close to my 2nd six months of coverage, my insurance updated my current proof of insurance with my new vehicle. But the next six month proof of insurance wasn’t updated. When I called Elijah about it, he said he saw that and already contacted my insurance company. Fantastic. Not only do I recommend Reilly Insurance, I would say ‘ask for Elijah.’

She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. As someone who’s relatively new to getting my own insurance, I really appreciated how patient and kind she was throughout. Kristen worked diligently to find me a great rate, and her friendly, light-hearted approach made me feel comfortable asking anything—never once did I feel like my questions were silly.
