Having been with State Farm, Jim Elsner group for longer than I can remember, Jim, Kristen, and Ed provide us with the utmost care and service. I’m venturing a guess that we’ve been with them for 15 years, possibly more, for our auto and renters insurance, and have never had any desire to look elsewhere for coverage. They have always provided us with exceptional attention, and have worked with us to find the best prices for our needs! Couldn’t do without them!
The BEST agency around! Jim and his team are responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable with inquiries and requests. There’s no waiting days on end for a reply, they will get you taken care of quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Elsner agency to anyone, especially those that are always on the go or have demanding schedules.
After shopping for a week for car insurance I was ready to scream, but then I found this office and more specifically Edward Bates. Edward was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. He made getting me insurance for my car very quick and easy. I would recommend him and this office to anyone else looking for car insurance. Customer service was GREAT!
