Jen was very thorough in determining the best Medicare Advantage plan for me. She looked at premiums, copayments, Rx costs along with researching participation of my doctors, dentist, and facilities. I was already in the best plan so no change was needed but Jen made me more comfortable with my plan and she was honest and professional.

Let me start off by saying how incredible Logan is I was scheduled to close on a house Nov 19th and I called him to get help , because something just didn't sound right about who I was initially going to go with and as my gut feeling lead me I was right Logan, stepped in immediately to help me get the best insurance possible to have my investment covered . He was timely sweet, yet professional. He's even called me the day of closing checking in, he helped make thing run so smoothly, I had to come back weeks later to write a review because I never forgot about how incredible Logan was helping me through this process. Dale Wagner’s representative, Jennifer, promptly reviewed my existing plan. I was not sure if I should switch to a Medicare Advantage Plan. Although it may have benefited the firm to offer me a new plan, Jennifer advised that my existing plan was best for my needs. Having no clue where to start, I found a true gem. Jen explained everything to me. Trying to learn about Medicare and what's covered, I must say, is quite confusing.
