The Woodward Agency-Farmers Insurance

I met John way back when he first Started with Farmers. I am proud to say his quality of customer service, and integrity is still top notch. If I was still living within the state of Maryland he would be my agent. Sadly I am out of state, but I'd still recommend him everytime.

I am very pleased with the service that Mr. John Woodward's office is providing. Helena is amazing and always willing and ready to assist me with my insurance needs. She is patient, never rushes to end our phone call and makes every effort to ensure that I am satisfied with my insurance policy. If something seems wrong, Helena goes the extra mile to make sure that it is corrected and that I am a happy customer. I have had Farmers for many years now and while I loved my previous agent, I am ecstatic about working with Helena and Mr. Woodward for all of my insurance needs.

I been with farmers for a few years. John has helped me with Renters insurance, car insurance, homeowners insurance, accidents, add or changing my policy. When I go to the office Johnathan talks to you like he's known you your whole life. He gets to know his clients and helps them.

John is in excellent agent that is there to help his clients. He goes out of his way to explain everything including the benefits the costs. Always has a smile on his face and he has a very good group of people that are also knowledgeable and friendly.
