I cannot possibly begin to tell you how unprofessional and unpleasant it was dealing with the people here. They do not make state farm look good at all. I just recently switched from geico to state farm and I regret it. This firm has stolen money from me by not reimbursing a tow truck fine that never towed me that was $90 and the representatives refuse to help you in times you actually need them. Do not trust this woman or anyone who works for her and comes with her. Complete waste of space. Do not trust this woman.
