The Spruyt Agency: Allstate Insurance

We made an appointment online and got a text saying it was received. No confirmation or denial. So we went to our appointment. When we knocked, a realtor answered the door. The guy doesnt live there anymore. I dont know what is happening there but the fact you can make an appointment with him when he is not even working or living there is ridiculous. Our time was wasted.

Can't reach a human being during business hours. Leaving messages and sending emails, but no response.

I've been with Allstate since 1992 or so. Ive been very pleased, obviously, with the exception of how an accident I was in a couple of years ago. The Spruyt Agency was great but the handling by the collision results were complicated and unfair.

The Spruyt Agency staff has been wonderful in handling my home and auto policies. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rebecca to set up my auto policy after my relocation to Connecticut. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and patiently walked me through the process.

I have been with this agency for years, and they always help me in the best possible way. I can reach an agent who gives me personal attention and knows me by name.
