My condo association uses Ned Miller Insurance agent. I was told to contact Kim Costa, which I did 3 times over 3 weeks. She did not return one call. My insurance agent called her twice - no return call. So I called Ned Miller Associates directly - no return call. Do not use this agency -- they refuse to even return customer phone calls.
