Fired me because my daughter had emergency surgery and when in surgery you cannot leave the waiting area for surgery people and at this hospital cell signal sucks. Never left my daughter's side at the hospital so when HR called she was RUDE and just simply stated policy and that was it. I'm a darn good agent so it's their loss but it truly hurt losing my job when my daughter had emergency surgery. Thanks for nothing HPOne. Yesterday I was told to reach out to Juan. I did. And then without him even talking to me HR reached out and terminated me without me even being able to tell her anything!

In November of 2023 I contacted this company to see about getting some health insurance. The representative I have been working with is Tim Lasker. Tim told me that I had a tax credit of nearly $1000 to use towards insurance. I was thrilled!!! I prepaid a fee for dental and vision at that time. I was told that my insurance would not start until January 1st, 2024. Fast forward to 2024. I've been to the dentist and had a wonderful experience!! I have a vision appointment coming up, hopefully it will be as great as the dental. However, The health care part, the part I needed the most has been a complete nightmare!!!!! I have never had such a caring responsive experience when it came to choosing the best health insurance plan for my needs!! She listened to what I was looking for and really took the time to get me the most affordable insurance plan that met all my criteria. She really took her time to compare so many different plans and found the right one for me!! I am so happy with the choice and the great care I’m experiencing with my doctors and facility. Run don’t walk away from this company. They have a lady that violates your Hippa confidential act by asking you for your username and password for your license they go in behind your back cancel all your appointments and capture them for them selves so if you have any renewals or residual say goodbye when I confronted them about their erroneous behavior they explain to me that I signed a paper that gives them access to hold my contracts with the major providers like Aetna CIGNA Humana United healthcare Mutual of Omaha hostage until they feel satisfactory they didn’t ask for permission and then they hold it hostage stopping me from making money for least six months do not work for these socialist idiots.

This company is cheap. If you enroll Someone in a policy they only giving you $10 allll that talking we have to do just to get $10 they don’t give you any residuals only thing I can say the people there is nice but it’s not far we have to talk so much only for $10 my last company every application we did was $50 I just don’t understand how they make thousands off one sale but only give us $10 out of it
