We mailed a check for an insurance payment that wasn't posted after five days, and Jay notified us, with a deadline due. No check and our policy would have been cancelled. He kept checking during the Christmas and New Year's holidays and when the check was still not posted, with mail delivery slow, he facilitated payment. During HIS holiday, when his office was closed. These are the little customer service tasks that aren''t little, it wasn't his accountability, it was ours, to mail a check well in advance.
