Received a call from a State Farm agent, her name is Heather, she said she had gotten my information and wanted to offer me a prospective on my current policy. I'm usually leery of this but at the time I was very disappointed with my current company. She gave me a quote with all my insurance is intact at the same levels and even cut stuff that was an absolute waste and unnecessary that I was unaware I was paying for. When all was said and done, my three cars were covered, each as needed, and my payment went from $340 with National General to $189. Not only that, but Heather was a delight to work with, always in a good mood, extremely patient, personable, and delightfully funny. It was a joy to work with her and I would do it again in a minute.
