Mrs. Christy McCausley has gone above and beyond for me when it comes to me and my tedious/frustrating car issues (no fault of my own!) She took time out of her day to stay on the phone with me while I stood in line at the DMV to overhear convo and have answers ready. She is the absolute best insurance agent you could ever ask for and I'll always recommend her all day everyday-- <3 Thank you miss ma'am!
Been a customer for over 20 years. This agency has never failed me or my family. Christy, Pam, Maureen and the whole staff are smart, caring and help all they can. I highly recommend this business.
Went to the office back in October to initiate a liability insurance policy. Still do not have a written policy and the agent, Christy McCausley, will not return my phone calls despite my last attempt to complain and ask for another agent. Very frustrating!
