We actually love them, they accurate, communication and knowledge and they advise like a family. If you have any first-time or don't like your current provider for Auto, Home, and even Life insurance questions, they are well equipped and patient when figuring out which option is best for you. Connie and Dave Randolph are insurance experts and the smart choice when it comes to navigating the confusing world of insurance. I was able to get auto insurance that out performs my previous Allstate insurance by 100% - double the insurance for half the price. Dave took a lot of time to explain what would be best for me. My previous agent gave me limited tort without EVER explaining what he was doing and what it meant to my limitations. When I questioned my previous Allstate agent, he said 90% of his clients have limited tort and it saves them $8/month. ???!!!! Truth is, their agents get a higher commission on limited tort policies. This I learned from an attorney when I found out I had limited tort. Dave and Connie are always there to answer questions and I could not be happier.
