I have been with this agency for at least 15 years. Whoever took over recently, dropped the ball. Terrible communication, loooong hold times no call backs. Time to find a better agent, which shouldn't be too difficult.

Not only was it not communicated to me that there’d be an increase in my insurance, but you’re trying to charge me $2,006 per month. I did not agree to this and yet they have my information. If I’m charged that, I will have no choice but to sue.

Bonnie is a GREAT agent and person to deal with. She was quick to put together a quote, better than the prior one received from Farmers. She was always available to answer any and all concerns which arose and insured I had the lowest, best quote and coverage to meet my needs. She is the BEST.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current experience I’ve had with your company. Since Mike and his team left, I have been feeling increasingly unhappy with the service provided. When I first joined, the office felt like a welcoming, family-like environment, but that has drastically changed. I am particularly frustrated by the attitude I’ve encountered from some of the front desk staff, who have been unprofessional and dismissive. I also feel that Norma has not been responsive to my needs; despite repeated promises, I am not receiving the necessary updates to move forward. Furthermore, when I attempt to reach out to her, my calls are often screened, and I am either told she is unavailable or directed to someone else. Brian has been extremely helpful and straight forward. He answers my questions, does not try to "sell" me on anything. Brian has been slowly switching my policies over from a group I had been with for years and seemed to forget about me. I also recommended to a good friend and she texted me yesterday extremely excited with what he was able to do with her ins plan. Give this guy a call!
