After being with another insurance for 33 years, I spoke with Scott to get his thoughts on what he could do as far as a competitive price, but also any thoughts on adjustments that could be made based on his experience in the industry. Scott came through on both accounts. He gave me quotes for both home and auto that were like for like pretty much exactly what I had with the other agency and his rates were significantly lower. He also provide a quote based on his recommendations based on his history and also based on what he personally has. These provide even a deeper discount. After we received the proposal, we jumped on a call with Scott and his team to walk through all the differences and why he would recommend these, but wasn't pushing a hard sell, just trying to keep us informed.
