They have been doing our insurance for over 10 years for my auto. Whenever I call them they always take the time to listen to my issues and work to find a solution. After a recent car accident, the insurance company wanted to put me in a super compact vehicle, two kids and car seats we did not fit. One call to the Murphy agency and I was put in a larger car and they always investigate with the cheapest options are for me. We actually moved an hour away about 5 years ago and continue to use the Murphy agency. I highly recommend them.
Tobie was extremely patient with me and all of my many problems! She never made me feel pressured or was rude to me. 10/10 customer service.
