Farmers Insurance - Brian Dudgeon

Brian and his staff are excellent. I have been with his agency for 15 years and I have never had a bad experience. He will bend over backwards to save you money and does good job of explaining your options and policy decisions. He and his staff are always friendly and respond quickly to questions and claims. It is obvious good customer service is his priority and it shows.

Have been with this branch going on 4-5 years now and have nothing but praise for them. They are always attentive and very rarely if ever have had to wait on hold for an Agent. Elizabeth specifically was very helpful with handling a car accident issue I had where the other driver had hit my car in the neighborhood while the car was parked. If you’re questioning what insurance company or branch to go with I heavily recommend the Brian Dudgeon location!!!

Brian has always taken good care of my insurance needs. When I have questions, he is very good about explaining everything in easy to understand terminology for the layman. All in all, I am very satisfied with his service. I can’t recommend Brian Dudgeon enough!

Wow! The customer service in the office is amazing, I got the best experience from the very 1st visit! They have a great team and the best rates in town. I went years over paying for car insurance. I’m so glad I made the switch, now I save a lot with my car insurance, life Insurance, and even renters insurance!
