Met to discuss a claim regarding our home policy . Neil was a processional in every sense of the word. Answered our questioned, offered suggestions, provided advice and information we needed. Very pleased in every aspect of this visit.

I’ve been a State Farm customer with the Scott Leming agency for close to 30 years. We recently had our roof replaced thru a hail damage claim. The staff at both the Leming agency and the claims group from State Farm were outstanding to work with. They responded quickly and made the process very simple for me as a homeowner. State Farm has covered us numerous times over our 30 years for various damage claims. We couldn’t be happier with State Farm and the Scott Leming agency for our insurance needs!

Worst customer experience across the board. They raised my auto insurance premium 300% in a couple months time. I have zero accidents, incidents, tickets, or insurance claims on my driving record. They tried to claim the reason being “State Farm isn’t the same company anymore.” I experienced them as very rude.

Feel like we've known them for years and have only been associated for less than a year. Professional, available, and knowledgeable. Office staff has been helpful on every occasion, thank you for your kind service Update: glad to report we're very pleased to be a part of the State Farm family. When we requested to review our policy the office staff was prepared to review and advise. Felt we were given the best advice to cover our automobiles with the safety net we were after. PS: We also have our house instance with States Farm and no other agency could match their rates
