Good Morning. I joined Allstate in 2025 and it was the best decision I could have ever made. The Great customer service that I have received from Shelby Giddens have been outstanding. Shelby goes over and beyond to get things handled. When I had an issue back in November/December she took it upon herself to do her best to get it resolved and taken care of. She is the prime example of an Awesome Customer Service Representative. Her work is more than a task, it is a reflection of her dedication, growth, and potential. I called Allstate about my premiums and spoke to Jenni Hurkett who showed so much empathy and the willingness to help me find ways to lower my premium. It was the best service I gotten from anyone at Allstate. I will stay with Allstate as long as I can talk with her.
