They came by last year telling staff they had talked to me and had an appointment when they did not. I called to complain because that's shady, but didn't get a return call. Just called me again this morning to "Update their records" and I refused. I have no problem with people trying to make sales, but not like that. Edit: Thank your for your response, Mr. Cunningham. The forwardness of the caller was off-putting. When I told them I didn't want to be on any kind of call list, they told me I was already on the list and they just wanted to update it. My training experience has went very well! Considering most places don’t even offer a training class what’s so ever. With that being said Mr. Matthew has been phenomenal with everyone here. He has given honest feedback, and made sure we were all on board with the topic he discussed. 10/10 experience!
