Alexis was awesome. She helped me with every single question whether I had one Or 20. she does such an awesome job that I ended up getting my dad to go. He’s 83 and had several questions. She answered everything that he needed to know so now he’s with State Farm also! So if you want good, fast quality With a very professional staff, State Farm as the place for you!!

Not only did they offer us a much better rate, but they have also exceeded our expectations in every way. The customer service here is outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Every staff member we’ve worked with has been kind and knowledgeable, and Alexis in particular has gone above and beyond for us. She’s always on top of everything and makes the whole process so easy. There’s never any hassle when making changes to our policy or getting answers to our questions. Truly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced from an insurance agency. Highly recommend!

Hello everyone Forbes Hays here. Stacie Jones State Farm will have to be looked at as one of the top "10" places to have as an insurance company over there in Waycross, Ga. So you would ask why? Because of the professionalism and knowledgeable staff that is by your side when things tend to go south. Being recognized as a client they will really look after you and make sure your investments are well taken care of. But the personal aspect of there business isn't with the insurance part of it.
