Would absolutely recommend them for your insurance needs. Mrs. Kim Wooten was such a pleasure, she went over and beyond to help me find a quote that works well for me. Her superb customer service really made my day.

So glad we went back to the insurance shop. Kim was very helpful and professional. I feel like she was actually helping us instead of trying to get some ridiculous amount of money out of us. She searched for the best deals that met our needs and checked discounts too. She’s a keeper.

I love going here for all my insurance needs. When the time comes by to renew my policies they immediately do research to get the lowest price possible. They let me know when its time to renew and are very responsive to emails, texts and calls. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have used The Insurance Shop for a few years. I love that they always find the best deals and always answer my questions. The only issue I have is that they charge $80 to change your address. Other than that they have been amazing. Alex and I believe her name is Yessenia are always very helpful.

I have no complaints about this place. Always finding the best quote and making me aware if there are any changes in cost prior to said change, and letting me know when there is a better deal and make changes as neccessary. Amy Green is my go to. She's wonderful!
