John Merrill - State Farm Insurance Agent

My first experience with this agent was wonderful. But State Farm cancelled my insurance before it was even issued because of prior claims. One was a theft and the other water pipe burst. 3 yrs apart. Not Merrill's fault. So I had to go to Farmers insurance who covered me with better insurance for a better price. BTW. I moved my auto from Merrill as well to get a bundle discount with Farmers. State Farm owed my $99 refund from my auto policy. This was the week prior to Halloween. I asked them to refund it back to my debit card. The lady at Merrill was not rude but was not friendly either and stated that they would mail a check. Ok. I'm thinking early November. NO. December 10 I called Merrill's office again. Not the same friendly conversation that I got when I call

Alicia went Way above and beyond with helping me with my auto insurance today. She was very friendly when I called. I wasn't feeling well so we texted back and forth until she was able to get my insurance in my price range and set up my payment on a day that works for me. She made the process super easy.
