I decided to try Nicholson Insurance Group for my auto insurance. Kevin's service was excellent, prompt, professional and I appreciated his honesty and great customer service he provided in giving a quote to me that saved me money. At the very least, give Nicholson Insurance Group an opportunity to give you a quote - I believe you will appreciate their customer service.

Our experience with Kevin has been absolutely awful! He works like a dirty car salesman. When I called to get quotes, he asked if I'd had any tickets or accidents in the last 3yrs to which I answered "no" the rate quote was high, he said "well you have an accident on record" I said, no sir, I do not! He brought up a 7yr old claim! This is gross misconduct! When I called him on it he said it's still on the Nexxus therefore he was using it to quote. Legally he cannot do that. Right there I shouldn't have done business with him but we desparately needed the lowest possible policy and Progressive was still it so I let him write our policies. Kent is the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He seems to know just about everything dealing with insurance. I always have 20 questions and he is very patient in answering them! He will definitely make sure you get the best deal. We have our regular cars, our antique pickup, motorcycle and camper all listed with him.
