If I can give a ZERO star review, I will. Avoid this company at all costs and I feel bad for companies who have Hartford as their partner. I applied for a Short Term Disability and they are asking for UNREALISTIC AND SPECIFIC requirements from the Doctors. My doctor has filled out the same form TWICE and for them it does not qualify as a Disability. My representative, Marylene Ramseur does not even answer calls and does not give specific reasons why she denies my claim. I may end up paying my company for the salary continuation that Hartford keeps on denying. Very bad customer service.
I was out here doing a site survey for a removal of office cubicles for one of my major clients from Connecticut. No real loading dock just a loading area out back. No job too big or small.
my Experience with the Hartford, is really bad, to cancel the policy they charge me 5 months payments, not recommended at all.
