Pathetic. The only person who can handle car insurance isn't there at 11:30 on a workday. It's pretty common for lunch to be at 12. I don't have a bunch of extra time in my day to stop by at normal working hours, only to be told to come back in 45 minutes when the agent returns. How is it there's only 1 agent that can handle my issues? If someone has to run out there SHOULD be another agent on site. Only giving 1 star because you have to give a star in order to rate. They deserve 0 stars.

I had this company when I lived in orange county , I was very very happy with them to say the least , I had one car accident it was minor , but they took care of things what to do and where to go , took a lot a off stress off me I can tell you , very professional
