Recently had been recommended to Robert by a friend. I could not be happier. My history with insurance companies has been very robotic and automated, but this time was completely different. Robert was extremely proactive in helping me find the right policy and kept communication quick and effortless. He maintained his professionalism while not coming across as condescending or snobby when I asked simple questions. Purchasing auto insurance is not exactly the most exciting task, but a guy like Robert makes it easy to deal with. If you appreciate good customer service, this is the guy to talk to.

Robert is awesome. He wrote me a few life policies and other protection products to protect my family and I. Robert is always on top of things and answering all my questions. I do not frequently write reviews as I do not see the point unless you have received truly phenomenal or incredibly horrible service. Robert’s insurance services fall under the phenomenal category. Something we do not think about often is our car insurance. You either have it or you don’t. The interesting thing here is that insurance is actually quite complicated, and Robert goes out of his way to make sure you are not left scratching your head as to what documents you just signed and why you wrote a check for the amount you did.
