Hanover is great! My wife had a car accident a month after we signed with Hanover 5 years ago and they handled everything beautifully. Highly recommended!

My recent automobile claim was processed in 2 days once I reported it. Once the repair shop sent the estimate for repair that was approved in 24 hours and an adjustment needed to the estimate was also approved in 24 hours. The adjuster was responsive and professional.

Hanover has been responsive, caring and timely in all their communications with me about home insurance at different properties over a number of years. Excellent service!

Good rate and decent coverage. Website functionality is terrible. Constant problems logging in, and trying to make payments. The button doesn't work to submit confirmation codes. Very frustrating. Have tried multiple browsers.

This insurance company is denying a claim of liability when their driver did a hit and run. No accountability from the driver or their insurance! We will be obtaining copy of the video footage and contesting their denial! The insurance lady Erica came off annoyed from the very beginning when the initial claim was even made and short in her responses. Obviously because they didn’t want to have to pay.
