Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Dealt with an agent that worked here for years - she moved to another company so naturally I followed as well as all her customers. Shes great. Requests for cancellations to donegan went ignored for years while auto payments continue to withdraw from your account …. Trying to cancel still to this day is an absolute nightmare on a vehicle that transferred policies than was sold. The hoops they make you jump through when they are supposed to be your broker and you see care of those services for you. Call center can barely speak English
