Don Marsh Agency, Inc. is excellent! I Googled “Medicare Brokers,” read the reviews, and called for an appointment. I live in Syracuse and was pleased to find that their offices were within five miles of my home. I have dealt with Jackie, Tina Holgate, and Paul Holgate. They are all friendly, welcoming, and provide exemplary customer service. Paul and Tina handle Medicare enrollment and all things Medicare. I’m almost 65 and knew very little about enrolling, but Paul is extremely knowledgeable. In about two hours, I was enrolled in what I felt was the best plan for my needs. Paul made it easy! I highly, highly recommend the Don Marsh Agency, Inc. for Medicare Enrollment. You CANNOT go wrong here!

Ok, so after many dealings with the Syracuse office I am finally posting a review. They surprise me every time, always going beyond any reasonable expectation of what I could reasonably expect. Prompt return calls, professional service. My last call was for flood insurance required by my bank, 1st i received a very reasonable quote but they looked further into it found that the flood maps were revised, contacted my bank and explained WHY I should not need the policy. That saved me thousands and all they got out of it was a Thank You from me in return. Very happy w/this agency and would not look elsewhere.
