I speak with Jo when I call. She is very helpful and knowledgeable, and she even turns out to be somewhat of a neighbor as she lives in my town. She is polite and patient with me and knows her stuff and knows how to get things done. I am happy with both Hanover Insurance as they have done very well by me, but also with my agent at Cross Insurance. It's a nice feeling when you feel people have your back!!
