Was put on hold and then talked to a agent in massachusetts.That was very rude and laughed at my situation.I was only trying to apply for insurance for a car and I asked for help and got laughed at, If (The hanover insurance group) really cares about customer service, you will call me back and apologize
Had an audit and "house needs repairs" I get that but they only gave me 7 days to get repairs done. I've been giving them my $ for a few years and I have a only have a week to fix their complaints? One is "torn tarps on shed needs to be replaced or removed" what does a torn tarp have to do with insurance is beyond me.
